We removed the temporary protection and installed the new panel in the existing frame two calendar days after the emergency visit.
The Problem
- The auto repair shop had a broken exterior window that left the business vulnerable to weather, unauthorized access, and further glass movement.
- The opening faced the street and could not remain unsecured while a custom replacement panel was being prepared.
How We Fixed It
- We secured and measured the opening during the emergency visit.
- Once the replacement panel was ready, we removed the board-up, prepared the existing frame and installed and sealed the new glass.
Final Result
The auto-shop window regained clear glass and a finished street-facing opening while retaining the surrounding frame.
