The existing entrance showed weather wear, staining near the bottom, rust around the threshold and an aging frame. We checked the worn door, frame and threshold before confirming the replacement scope.
From the interior side, the door had panic hardware and a surface closer. The replacement needed to keep safe exit function while improving the door slab, frame fit, closing action and overall entrance reliability.
