How much does front entry door repair cost in Toronto?
It depends on the problem. Hinge adjustments, latch realignment and weatherseal replacement cost far less than a full slab or frame replacement. Send us a few photos of the door and we provide a clear, free quote before any work starts.
Can you replace just the door slab without changing the frame?
Yes. If the existing frame is square and solid, we can fit a new steel, fiberglass or wood slab into it. We check frame condition first so you only pay for a full frame replacement when it is actually needed.
My front door is drafty in winter - should I repair or replace it?
Most drafts come from worn weatherstripping, a failed door sweep or a strike plate that no longer pulls the door tight. Those are quick repairs. Replacement only makes sense when the slab is warped, rotted or damaged beyond adjustment.
