The Problem

  • The opening was tall and narrow, making the internal grille proportions a visible part of the exterior design.
  • The window frame was still usable, so removing the complete assembly would have added work without addressing a frame failure.

How We Fixed It

  • We removed the old sealed unit, prepared the existing sash pocket and installed a new insulated glass unit with an internal decorative grille.
  • The panel was set and sealed within the original frame.
